1. Orders & Payments

A 70% deposit is required upon order and booking confirmation.

Stock Orders: Standard lead time of 7 - 10 working days from manufacturing to delivery.

Custom Orders: Standard lead time of 6 - 10 weeks from confirmed production slot to delivery (subject to material availability and production scheduling).

No goods will be released until the final payment is made as per the agreed terms.

No returns or credits are allowed, as all products are made to order. Ensure all sizes and specifications are confirmed before order processing.

2. Delivery & Responsibility

Delivery schedules will be arranged with the client upon arrival of goods.

For supply-only orders, the client is responsible for storing goods safely upon delivery.

A senior manager must sign the delivery note, transferring responsibility to the site agent.

No stock will be delivered until the final payment is completed.

All goods remain the property of Elit until the full balance is settled. If payment is not received, Elit reserves the right to reclaim all supplied and fitted goods, with recovery costs borne by the client.

3. Installation & Site Conditions

Installation schedules will be provided after the deposit is received or as per agreed payment arrangements.

Elit is not liable for any penalties or additional charges due to:

Incomplete site conditions at the time of installation.

Delays in civil or construction work.

Power outages or unavailable power supply.

Transport or supply disruptions due to riots, political unrest, or similar events.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

A 12-month warranty applies to all goods supplied and installed by Elit.

A service follow-up is included within 12 months from the installation date.

Warranty does not cover electrical failures caused by power surges, faulty wiring, or external electrical issues—these are the responsibility of the contractor/owner/installer.

Covered under warranty:

Mechanical malfunctions.

Faults due to incorrect installation by Elit.

Not covered under warranty:

Misuse or damage caused by the client.

Failures due to external electrical issues.

Repairs due to damage will be at the client's expense.

Claims will be investigated, and remedial action will be taken within 2 to 4 working weeks.
